As I researched, I realized these systems don’t just live “out there” — they show up in our fears, our avoidances, and even in what we believe we’re allowed to have in this life.

I have a doctorate in I/O Psychology and a decade of corporate consulting behind me. I left it all to create Queen Mindset Leadership®—a comprehensive system for leading from wholeness instead of the fragmentation that patriarchy, white supremacy, capitalism, and colonization require.
Childfree and marriage-free by choice, I live the sovereignty I teach.

THE STORY...
MY BECOMING
I was born on the first colonized Western island.
A daughter of oceans, mountains, and contradictions—
Dominican, American immigrant, divine.
The world tried to categorize me: too mixed to fit neatly, too free to be wedded, too sovereign to be silenced, too multidimensional to be boxed.
But I did not come here to fit in.
I came here to remember. The love of a father gone too soon.
To reclaim the crown that empire never gave me—because it was never theirs to bestow.
I am the creator of Queen Mindset Leadership®.
It is a frequency. A remembering. A revolt wrapped in reverence.
I teach not through domination, but through embodiment.
Not with power over, but with alignment within.

First to all my grandparents, whose spirits still hum in my bones.
Second, to my island, where my roots dive deeply into colonialism and the diaspora.
Then to my fathers, whose deaths split my sky wide open.
Along the way, I’ve released old selves, roles, and systems that never quite held who I am.
Each loss carved a portal—grief wasn’t just sorrow; it became initiation.
Through silence, I heard the cosmos whisper.
Through mourning, I remembered my magic.
Through leaving, I returned to myself.
And to trust my full, liberated self.
